Admissions Chances

Alabama State University, which accepts nearly all applicants, has a less selective admissions process. If your SAT/ACT scores and GPA fall within the school's required minimums, you have a strong chance of being accepted. Students with a GPA of 3.5 and above will be admitted with an ACT of at least 15 or an SAT of at least 810. Applicants with a GPA of 2.0 and above will be admitted with an ACT of at least 18 or an SAT of at least 940. Students with lower GPAs and test scores may be admitted under ASU's Tier II or Tier III Summer Bridge programs.
